Condensate pumps of KsV type and ammonia AsV
A condensate pump is used to pump steam condensate from the surge tank, as well as, to pump liquids similar to condensate according to physicochemical properties.
Vertical, centrifugal, sectional AsV and KsV pumps; drive from the electric motor, explosion-proof.

The main characteristics
The pump consists of a shaft, which length is 1 meter (on similar imported pumps it is about 2-2,5 m), frontal mechanical seal with a pair of friction. It is made of wear-resistant substance “Relit”. The material of flow part (shaft, reducing gear, guide vanes, diaphragms) is of stainless steel. The pumps KsV and AsV have low rates of vibration because of use of MSK couplings and dynamical balancing of rotors.
The pumps can be designed individually by technological parameters of the client company.
